Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Nonstop collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects your personal information across our app, website, and services.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Nonstop Travel LLC ("Nonstop," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you use the Nonstop mobile application, website, account features, eSIM services, eVisa, ETA, ETIAS and other travel authorization services, travel tools, location features, public-link features, customer support, and related services.

If you do not want us to process your information as described here, you should not use the Platform or any service that requires that information.

Some services available through Nonstop are provided, supported, or processed by third-party providers, including eSIM suppliers, visa and travel authorization providers, payment processors, map providers, currency data providers, app stores, social media platforms, artificial intelligence tools, government authorities, and other service providers. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled in connection with those services.

We may combine information collected from different parts of the Platform where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information where it is reasonably needed to provide Nonstop, complete a service you request, operate the Platform, comply with legal requirements, or protect our users, service providers, and business.

For eSIM services, we may share information with eSIM suppliers, telecommunications providers, and related service providers so that your eSIM can be purchased, delivered, activated, supported, or troubleshooted.

For eVisa, ETA, ETIAS and other travel authorization services, information may be collected or processed directly by visa and travel authorization providers, government authorities, border or immigration agencies, or other parties involved in processing or supporting the application. Where needed to provide the service, Nonstop may share limited account, order, traveler, status, or transaction information with those parties, and may receive application status updates or related service information. If you use Nonstop to buy or start a service for another traveler, information may also be made available to that traveler and to the providers or authorities involved in that request.

We also share information with companies that help us run the Platform. These may include payment processors such as Stripe, cloud hosting providers, customer support tools, security providers, analytics providers, email or notification providers, map and location providers, AI tools, currency data providers, app stores, and public-link processing providers.

We may share information with professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, government bodies, insurers, auditors, or other parties where needed for legal, compliance, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, tax, accounting, or business purposes.

If Nonstop is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, personal information may be shared or transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of selling customer lists for money. If we later use advertising or tracking technologies that are considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under applicable privacy laws, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required choices.

5. Cookies, Analytics, Location, and App Technologies

Nonstop may use cookies, software development kits, pixels, device identifiers, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the app and website, remember preferences, understand how users interact with the Platform, improve performance, detect errors, prevent fraud, and support security.

We may also use these technologies to understand website or app traffic, measure feature usage, improve the user experience, and, where added later, support marketing or promotional features. Where permitted, we may use advertising, tracking, or promotional technologies to support marketing or promotional features. If those technologies require additional notice, consent, opt-out rights, or other choices under applicable law, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide the required controls.

Some app features may use location information. For example, Nonstop may use location data to detect when you arrive in a country or airport, suggest relevant eSIM options, adjust currency tools, help update your travel tracker, provide map-based features, or send location-based notifications and promotions.

Where required, we will ask for your permission before collecting precise location information or sending push notifications. You can usually change these permissions through your device settings, browser settings, or app settings. If you turn off cookies, location access, or notifications, some features may not work properly.

6. International Users

Nonstop is based in the United States. If you use the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have privacy laws that are different from the laws in your country.

Where privacy laws require a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following bases:

  • Contract: to provide the Platform and the services you request, such as account access, eSIM purchases, eVisa or travel authorization services, payment processing, customer support, and travel tools.
  • Consent: where you choose to provide information, enable location access, receive certain notifications, save payment methods, submit public links, or use features that require your permission.
  • Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, improve, personalize, and protect the Platform, prevent fraud, analyze usage, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with users, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligations: to comply with tax, accounting, consumer protection, immigration, sanctions, law-enforcement, dispute-resolution, or other legal requirements.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, or another region with similar privacy rights, you may have additional rights under applicable law, as described in the section titled "Your Privacy Rights and Choices."

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Nonstop, maintain your account, complete the services you request, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and support business records.

The length of time we keep information may depend on the type of information and the service involved. For example, eSIM purchase records, payment records, refund records, support messages, travel authorization records, and account information may need to be kept for different periods.

Where information is processed by third-party providers, such as eSIM suppliers, visa and travel authorization providers, payment processors, government authorities, or app service providers, their own retention rules may also apply.

When information is no longer needed, we will delete it, anonymize it, or keep it only when required or permitted by law. You may contact us to request account deletion at Support@getnonstop.co.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Because Nonstop works with third-party providers, some information may also be protected by the security measures of those providers, including payment processors, eSIM suppliers, visa and travel authorization providers, cloud hosting providers, app service providers, and other vendors involved in providing the Platform.

No app, website, system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect personal information in a manner appropriate to the nature of the information and the services involved.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will take steps required by applicable law, which may include investigating the incident, working with service providers, and notifying affected users or authorities where required.

9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to certain processing, withdraw consent where we rely on consent, or opt out of certain marketing, targeted advertising, "sale," or "sharing" activities where those rights apply.

California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what personal information is collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared; the right to request access, correction, or deletion; the right to opt out of certain sale or sharing activities; the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or a similar jurisdiction, you may also have rights under applicable data protection laws, including rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a data protection authority.

You can manage some choices through your device, browser, or app settings, including cookies, location access, push notifications, saved payment methods, and certain app permissions. If you turn off some permissions, certain features may not work properly.

To make a privacy request, contact us at Support@getnonstop.co. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If someone submits a request for you, we may ask for proof that they are authorized to act on your behalf.

We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including where we need to keep information to complete a service, process a transaction, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or protect the rights and safety of Nonstop, users, travelers, suppliers, or others.

You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send service-related messages, such as account notices, purchase confirmations, eSIM information, travel authorization updates, support messages, security alerts, and policy updates.

10. Children's Privacy

Nonstop is not intended for children to create accounts or make purchases on their own.

A parent, guardian, or authorized adult may use Nonstop to purchase or start services for a minor traveler where permitted and where they have authority to provide the minor's information. This may include eSIM, eVisa, ETA, ETIAS, or other travel authorization services.

If we learn that a child has created an account or provided personal information without appropriate permission, we may delete the account or information where required or appropriate.

11. Third-Party Services

Nonstop may link to, rely on, or work with third-party services, including eSIM suppliers, visa and travel authorization providers, payment processors, app stores, map providers, currency data providers, social media platforms, AI tools, analytics providers, and government authorities.

Some third-party services are integrated into Nonstop, made available through a white-labeled flow, or accessed through pages, links, tools, or forms connected to Nonstop. Even where a service appears within the Nonstop experience, the relevant third party may collect, use, store, or process information under its own privacy policy, terms, legal obligations, and security practices.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, platforms, suppliers, government portals, or services that we do not control.

You should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party service you access through or in connection with Nonstop.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Nonstop, our services, our technology, or legal requirements change.

If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting the updated policy on the Platform, updating the effective date, sending an email, or providing an in-app notice.

The updated Privacy Policy will apply from the date stated in the updated version. Your continued use of Nonstop after the updated policy takes effect means you acknowledge the updated policy.
