Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the Nonstop platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nonstop mobile application, website, account features, eSIM services, eVisa, ETA, ETIAS and other travel authorization services, travel tools, location features, public-link features, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is owned and operated by Nonstop Travel LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Nonstop," "we," "us," or "our"). Our website is GetNonstop.co, and you may contact us at Support@getnonstop.co.
By creating an account, accessing or using the Platform, purchasing an eSIM, purchasing or starting an eVisa, ETA, ETIAS or other travel authorization service, saving travel information, sharing a public link, inviting another passenger, or using any Platform feature, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Refund and Service Policy.
2. How Nonstop Works
Nonstop is a travel app and website that helps you access travel-related services and tools in one place. Depending on the features available to you, you may use Nonstop to buy eSIMs, start eVisa, ETA, ETIAS or other travel authorization services, save places you have visited, organize travel ideas, use currency and map-based tools, process public travel inspiration links, and receive travel-related recommendations or notifications, including location-based recommendations or notifications where you enable or permit location-based features.
Some services of Nonstop are provided by us directly, while others depend on third-party providers. For example, eSIMs may depend on eSIM suppliers and telecommunications networks. eVisa and travel authorization services may depend on visa-processing providers and government authorities. Currency, map, location, payment, public-link, AI, app store, and notification features may also depend on outside providers and systems.
This means that although Nonstop provides the app and user experience, we do not control every part of every service. We are not a mobile network operator, telecommunications carrier, government agency, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, visa authority, immigration adviser, financial adviser, or map data provider.
Some services may not be available for all users, devices, destinations, countries, or travel situations. Availability may depend on supplier coverage, government requirements, telecommunications networks, device compatibility, app store rules, user permissions, fair usage policies, speed or data limits, and applicable law.
3. Accounts
You need an account to make purchases through Nonstop. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and current information and keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for your account and for anything that happens through it. This includes purchases made through your account, eSIM QR codes or activation details delivered to your account, eVisa or travel authorization links sent from your account, information submitted through your account, and use of any saved travel tools or features.
You are also responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you believe someone has accessed or used your account without permission, you should contact us as soon as possible at Support@getnonstop.co.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or make purchases through Nonstop. If you use Nonstop for a minor traveler, you confirm that you are the parent, guardian, or otherwise authorized to provide that traveler's information.
We may suspend or restrict your account if we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, in breach of these Terms, in a way that creates security risk, or in a way that may harm Nonstop, other users, suppliers, or third parties.
4. Services for Other Travelers
Nonstop allows you to buy or start eVisa, ETA, ETIAS or other travel authorization services for another passenger. You can also send that passenger a link so they can complete their own information.
If you buy, start, submit, or help complete a service for another passenger, you must have that passenger's permission to do so. You are responsible for making sure the passenger understands that their information may be provided through Nonstop, shared with service providers, and submitted to relevant government authorities where required.
You and the passenger are responsible for making sure all information provided is accurate, complete, current, and readable. This includes names, passport details, travel dates, nationality, supporting documents, answers to application questions, and any other information required for the service.
Nonstop is not responsible for delays, denials, cancellations, losses, or other issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, unreadable, unauthorized, or fraudulent information provided by you, a passenger, or anyone using your account.
5. eSIM Services
Nonstop allows you to purchase eSIMs for travel. An eSIM is a digital SIM profile that lets a compatible device connect to a mobile network without using a physical SIM card.
eSIMs available through Nonstop are supplied and supported by third-party eSIM providers and telecommunications networks. Nonstop is not a mobile network operator or telecommunications carrier.
Before buying an eSIM, you are responsible for checking that your device is eSIM-compatible, unlocked, and suitable for the plan you select. You are also responsible for choosing the correct destination, plan, and data package for your travel needs.
After purchase, you may receive a QR code, activation details, installation instructions, or other eSIM information.
You are responsible for following the instructions carefully and keeping your QR code and activation details secure. Anyone who scans or uses the eSIM details connected to your account may be able to install or use that eSIM.
eSIM performance may depend on your device, location, local carrier coverage, network availability, supplier systems, destination rules, and correct installation. Nonstop does not guarantee that an eSIM will connect to a specific carrier, provide uninterrupted service, work in every location, or meet a particular speed, coverage, or performance level.
Nonstop may display or refer to possible carriers or networks for an eSIM plan, but this does not guarantee that your eSIM will connect to any specific carrier or network. The actual carrier or network may depend on your location, device, settings, local coverage, supplier arrangements, telecom provider agreements, network availability, and changes made by suppliers or carriers.
eSIM plans may be subject to supplier or carrier fair usage policies, speed caps, throttling, reduced speeds, hotspot limits, or data usage limits. These limits may depend on the plan, supplier, local network, destination, network conditions, and your usage. Nonstop does not control these supplier or carrier-side limits.
Refunds for eSIMs are handled under our Refund and Service Policy. In general, refund availability may depend on whether the eSIM has been issued, installed, activated, used, or affected by a supplier or network issue.
6. eVisa, ETA, ETIAS and Travel Authorization Services
Through Nonstop, you can start or purchase eVisa, ETA, ETIAS, access card, or other travel authorization services where available.
These services are supported by third-party visa and travel authorization providers. Nonstop is not a government agency, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, visa authority, law firm, or immigration adviser. We do not issue visas or travel authorizations, and we do not decide whether an application is approved, denied, delayed, cancelled, revoked, or accepted.
Government authorities, border officials, consulates, embassies, and other relevant agencies are responsible for setting requirements, reviewing applications, requesting additional information, determining processing times, issuing approvals, denying applications, revoking authorizations, and deciding whether a traveler may enter a country.
You are responsible for making sure that all information and documents submitted for a travel authorization are accurate, complete, current, readable, and truthful. This includes passport information, personal details, nationality, travel dates, supporting documents, application answers, and any other information required for the relevant service.
Processing times shown on the Platform are estimates only. Nonstop does not guarantee that any application will be approved, processed within a specific timeframe, or accepted by any government authority. Approval of an eVisa, ETA, ETIAS or other travel authorization does not guarantee entry into a country. Entry may still be denied by airlines, border officials, immigration authorities, or other government agencies for reasons including passport issues, missing or invalid travel documents, customs or security concerns, traveler conduct, failure to meet entry requirements, or other legal or government-related reasons. Additional fees, taxes, inspections, or arrival requirements may also apply and may not be included in the price paid through Nonstop.
Refunds for eVisa, ETA, ETIAS and travel authorization services are handled under our Refund and Service Policy. In general, refunds may be limited or unavailable once an application has been submitted, processing has started, or government fees have been paid.
7. Travel Tools and App Features
Nonstop includes tools that help you plan, organize, and manage travel. Depending on the features available in your account, you may be able to:
- save places you have visited or want to visit;
- organize destinations into collections or trips;
- use currency conversion tools;
- view map-based information;
- save or process public travel inspiration links;
- receive travel-related suggestions; and
- collaborate with other users on travel plans.
These tools are provided to help you organize travel information. They should not be treated as professional travel, legal, immigration, financial, or safety advice.
Some information shown in these tools may come from third-party sources, public links, maps, artificial intelligence tools, currency data providers, or other external systems. Because of this, travel information may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, outdated, or unavailable.
If you use the travel inspiration feature, you may share public links from platforms such as TikTok or Instagram. Nonstop does not own the original video, image, caption, music, post, account, or other third-party content connected to those links. You should only submit public links that you are allowed to use and should not submit private, restricted, unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
Before relying on information shown in Nonstop, you should verify important details yourself. This includes:
- visa and entry requirements;
- exchange rates;
- addresses and map locations;
- opening hours;
- prices and availability;
- travel safety information;
- transport or booking details; and
- any other information that could affect your trip.
8. Location Features and Notifications
Nonstop may include location-based features that help personalize your travel experience. For example, the app may use location information to help identify your destination, adjust currency tools, suggest relevant eSIM options, remind you to add a place to your travel tracker, or send travel-related notifications.
Some location features may require access to your device location. Where required, we will ask for your permission before using those features. You can turn off location access or push notifications through your device settings or app settings, but some features may not work properly without them.
Location information may not always be exact. Airports, borders, cities, and nearby places may be detected incorrectly or with delay, especially where device settings, signal quality, network conditions, map data, or third-party systems affect location accuracy.
You should not rely on Nonstop's location features as your only source for important travel decisions. You remain responsible for confirming your destination, visa or entry requirements, local rules, transportation, bookings, prices, and other travel details.
9. Payments and Refunds
You are responsible for all purchases made through your account. Prices shown in Nonstop may include supplier fees, government fees, taxes, processing fees, currency conversion costs, and Nonstop service charges. Government fees and supplier charges may change depending on the destination, travel dates, processing requirements, supplier arrangements, or government rules. Nonstop may still charge a fixed or bundled service price even if government fees or supplier costs change over time.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment processor. Your payment may also be subject to the payment processor's own terms. If your payment fails, is declined, or is reversed, we may delay, cancel, or suspend the related service.
Nonstop may allow you to save a payment method for future purchases. Saved payment methods are handled by our payment processor, not by Nonstop directly. Full payment card details are processed by our payment processor. Nonstop does not store full card numbers or full payment credentials on its own systems.
Refunds are handled under our Refund and Service Policy. Refund eligibility may depend on the type of service, the stage of processing, supplier rules, government fee rules, whether an eSIM has been issued, installed, activated, or used, and whether an issue was caused by user error, supplier error, government action, telecom network issues, or Nonstop error.
Some fees may become non-refundable once a service has been issued, activated, submitted, processed, or paid to a supplier or government authority. This is especially important for eSIMs and eVisa, ETA, ETIAS, or other travel authorization services.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at Support@getnonstop.co so we can review it. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend the related service or your account while the issue is reviewed.
10. Third-Party Services
Nonstop works with third-party providers to make different parts of the Platform available. These may include eSIM suppliers, telecommunications networks, visa and travel authorization providers, government authorities, payment processors, map providers, currency data providers, app stores, social media platforms, artificial intelligence tools, hosting providers, and other technology vendors.
When you use a feature that depends on a third party, that third party's systems, rules, terms, fees, availability, and processing times may affect your experience. For example:
- an eSIM may depend on local network coverage or supplier systems;
- an eVisa or travel authorization may depend on government portals, government fees, and immigration authority decisions;
- currency tools may depend on exchange-rate data providers;
- maps and location features may depend on map data, device settings, or GPS accuracy;
- public-link features may depend on social media platforms keeping the link or content available;
- payments may depend on Stripe, card networks, banks, or other payment processors; and
- the app may depend on Apple App Store, Google Play, cloud hosting, internet access, and device compatibility.
We are not responsible for delays, failures, outages, restrictions, errors, changes, or decisions caused by third parties or events outside our reasonable control. This may include supplier outages, telecom network failures, government portal downtime, immigration-law changes, border restrictions, payment processor issues, app store restrictions, internet or cloud-service disruptions, sanctions, war, natural disasters, or other events we cannot reasonably prevent.
Where a third-party issue affects a purchase or service, your available remedy will be handled under these Terms, the applicable supplier rules, and our Refund and Service Policy.
11. Acceptable Use
You must use Nonstop lawfully, responsibly, and only for its intended travel-related purposes.
You must not use the Platform to:
- provide false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information;
- submit fake, altered, unreadable, unauthorized, or fraudulent documents;
- apply for, purchase, or manage services for another traveler without permission;
- misuse eSIM QR codes, activation details, eVisa links, or travel authorization links;
- submit private, restricted, unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized social media links or content;
- interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse the Platform, its APIs, security features, or supplier systems;
- use the Platform for fraud, abuse, harassment, unlawful activity, sanctions violations, or any activity that may harm Nonstop, other users, suppliers, third parties, or government systems; or
- violate these Terms, applicable law, supplier rules, app store rules, payment processor rules, or third-party platform rules.
If we reasonably believe your account or activity violates this section, we may refuse a transaction, suspend or restrict your account, remove content, cancel access to a feature, or take other steps reasonably necessary to protect Nonstop, users, suppliers, or third parties.
12. Content and Intellectual Property
Nonstop and its licensors own the Platform, including the app, website, software, design, features, branding, text, graphics, workflows, and related content. These Terms allow you to use Nonstop for your personal travel-related use, but they do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform unless we expressly allow it.
You may add, save, upload, share, or submit information through Nonstop, including travel plans, saved places, collections, notes, public links, passenger information, application details, support messages, and other content or information you provide through the Platform ("User Content"). You remain responsible for your User Content and must only submit content you have the right to use and share.
You keep any rights you have in your User Content. By submitting User Content through Nonstop, you give us permission to use, host, store, process, display, transmit, and share it as needed to operate the Platform, provide requested services, support travel tools, communicate with you, and work with relevant suppliers, passengers, service providers, or government authorities.
Some content available through Nonstop may come from third parties, including map providers, social media platforms, suppliers, carriers, data providers, government authorities, and other rights holders. We do not transfer ownership of third-party content to you, and your use of third-party content may be subject to separate third-party terms.
13. Privacy
Your use of Nonstop is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect personal information.
Some features require us or our service providers to process personal information, including account information, purchase information, eSIM information, travel information, location information, passenger information, public links you submit, support communications, and information needed for eVisa, ETA, ETIAS or other travel authorization services.
Some travel authorization services may involve sensitive information, such as passport details, identity information, travel documents, financial documents, or other information required by a supplier or government authority. You should review our Privacy Policy before using those services.
By using Nonstop, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimers

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension or termination may affect your ability to access your account, saved information, pending services, travel tools, eSIM details, or travel authorization links. Where possible, we will try to give notice, but we may act without notice where urgent action is needed for security, legal, fraud-prevention, supplier, or operational reasons.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, refund rules, liability limits, user responsibilities, and any provisions that should reasonably continue after your use of Nonstop ends.
You may also request account closure by contacting us, subject to any information we need to retain for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting, refund, or service-completion purposes.

The updated Terms will apply from the date stated in the updated version, unless a different date is provided. If you continue to use Nonstop after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform.

If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to contact us first at Support@getnonstop.co so we can try to resolve it informally.
